In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws,Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations,Prepare budget forecasts and variance analyses,Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal control policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
