📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
• Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Monitor and maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.
• Participate in procurement meetings and events.
• Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement training programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement documents and orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
