📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests with their luggage, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle luggage securely and efficiently, using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed, such as delivering messages or room service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the bellhop area is always presentable.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety and service standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to handle luggage and move around the hotel efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System), is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to a positive team environment.
