As a Lead Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial insights. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with property accounting and financial management in the property sector is a plus.
