Klinik Kirana Laundry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor cashier inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of cashier strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
