Sentral Dewi Restaurant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Collaborate with other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall company strategy,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus
