• Administer a variety of therapeutic treatments including massages, facials, and body wraps.
• Consult with clients to develop personalized wellness plans and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in holistic wellness through continuous education.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
• Manage client records and treatment schedules efficiently using our in-house software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting.
• Certified in at least one specialized treatment area, such as Swedish massage, facial therapy, or aromatherapy.
• Strong knowledge of wellness and spa protocols, including hygiene and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using spa management software, such as Vagaro or SalonCloud.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
