Urban Pearl Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As a remote position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document management.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
