📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documents that support our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation.
  • Work with graphic designers and developers to ensure that technical documentation is visually appealing and easy to understand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality technical documentation on time.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
