📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.,Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events, networking sessions, and training programs to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Bali.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software and social media platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
