📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and welcoming experience.,Manage and maintain the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Assist in training and supervising junior front desk staff.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.,Promote the hotel's amenities, facilities, and special offers to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Good knowledge of computer systems and software, particularly for hotel management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local regulations and procedures in the hospitality industry.,Customer service orientation and a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences.,Valid ID and a clean criminal record.
