🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or similar industries.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
