Code Urban Group is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during training sessions,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs,Understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture
