📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT systems and networks.,Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.,Provide training and documentation to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.,Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure their proper documentation.,Provide backup and recovery services for critical IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using IT support tools and software.,Good understanding of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
