📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Collaborate with the senior management team to achieve store targets.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a similar role within a retail environment is a plus.
