📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate HR activities such as training, performance management, and employee relations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Support the HR Manager in the planning and execution of HR projects.,Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve HR processes.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
