📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and implementing expansion strategies for SPX Express in Bali.
• Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the Expansion Lead to optimize delivery routes and reduce transit times.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess operational efficiency.
• Provide reports and recommendations to enhance delivery capabilities and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to implement new technologies and processes to improve logistics efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Shopee's policies and procedures in all logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar tools.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
