Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage room inventory.
- Assist with special requests and arrangements to meet guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, SIR, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in luxury or upscale hotels is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
