📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Maintain employee benefit programs and compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Assist in strategic planning and organizational development.,Handle HR documentation and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Familiarity with performance management systems.
