As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and hiring.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them improve and grow.,Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.,Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
