As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing any conflicts or issues that arise.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Experience in managing a hybrid work environment is a plus.
