📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls, cargo operations, and maintenance activities.,Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including crew performance, maintenance logs, and cargo documentation.,Collaborate with the company's management team to ensure the vessel meets all performance and quality standards.,Provide guidance and support to junior crew members to ensure they are properly trained and qualified for their roles.,Participate in emergency response drills and ensure the vessel's emergency preparedness is up to date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and company policies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with cargo operations and vessel maintenance.,Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) and Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF) certificates.
