📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain technical documentation for software products using tools like Confluence and Markdown.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.
• Develop user guides, manuals, and tutorials to support our software products.
• Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
• Assist in the creation of API documentation using tools like Swagger.
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and training programs for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the insurance or software industry.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.
• Proficiency in English for technical writing and communication.
