📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the finance operations of the company,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth operations,Lead and mentor junior finance staff,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficient in using financial software and tools,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure,Good understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and standards
