📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the internal audit team, ensuring they meet performance targets and deadlines.,Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audit programs and projects.,Conduct audits to assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify risks and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and support audit activities.,Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of audit processes and findings.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
