Sentral Gilang Motor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dealership, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive operations and a proven track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain operational procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, service, and inventory, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of parts and services.,Ensure the dealership meets all regulatory requirements and maintains a safe and secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of automotive operations, including sales, service, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
