Manage and supervise the production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and efficient production area, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards, with a focus on freshness and taste.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients are ordered and stored correctly.,Train and develop the production team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.,Ensure that all production equipment is maintained and serviced correctly, and that any issues are reported and resolved promptly.,Work closely with the kitchen manager to ensure that production targets are met and that all customer orders are fulfilled.,Ensure that all production processes are documented and that any improvements or changes are implemented effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience as a Production Operator or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well as part of a team and take on leadership responsibilities.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
