📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate maritime crew deployment, including planning, organizing, and executing crew assignments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with crew providers, shipowners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze crew performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of crew deployment with overall business objectives.
• Utilize advanced software and tools, such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to enhance our services.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime crew deployment and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid STCW certification or equivalent.
