📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide operational support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or logistics field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
