📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Monitor and report on operational performance,Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals,Manage and maintain operational records and documents,Implement and enforce operational procedures and policies,Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges,Support the management team in strategic planning and decision making,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus,Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
