Sumber Dian Shop is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to start right away.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.,Provide information about our products and services to customers.,Process orders and manage customer inquiries efficiently.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and promotions.,Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
