📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Drive corporate transformation initiatives by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.,Foster a culture of leadership and innovation by developing and implementing effective leadership programs.,Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Represent the company in HR-related matters and act as a subject matter expert.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
