📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.,Lead the development and implementation of financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.,Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide insights and recommendations.,Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary updates.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in consolidation and reporting.,Proven track record of leading financial teams and driving process improvements.,Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and financial reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multinational or global corporation is a plus.
