🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team,Experience in developing and implementing training programs,Understanding of company policies and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
