📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of recruitment sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Identify and attract top talent for our clients across various industries in Bali.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.,Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members to ensure their professional development and success.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in recruitment sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and the job market in Bali.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of sales executives.,Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools and software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
