📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases,Manage inventory levels and restocking,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment,Process customer payments accurately,Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy,Promote products and special offers to customers,Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets,Assist in organizing and participating in shop events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software,Friendly and customer-focused attitude,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
