📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service.,Assist guests with table reservations and seating arrangements.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.,Maintain a well-stocked buffet and monitor food quality.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.,Promote our restaurant's special offers and events to guests.,Enforce restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with buffet service and restaurant operations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
