Hotel Hana Sate is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and stock control.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Monitor and maintain warehouse facilities to ensure they are in good condition and meet safety standards.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, warehouse activity, and any issues that arise.,Work closely with the hotel's procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
