📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems in our properties.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure the highest level of service.
• Manage and maintain inventories of spare parts and tools to ensure that all maintenance needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a related role.
• Certification in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance (e.g., NATE, CMMS, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of maintenance technicians.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS, SAP, or similar).
