📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the legal and regulatory aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on legal and regulatory matters.
• Maintain and update the company's corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the company's corporate governance practices are in line with best practices and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
• Conduct regular audits of the company's legal and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for legal and regulatory matters, and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is aware of and prepared for any potential legal risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate legal or governance role.
• Strong background in corporate law and governance.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
