📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality audit work.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of audit results to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the audit team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Certification in internal auditing, such as CISA or CIA, is a plus.
• Proficiency in using SAP software, particularly SAP CO and SAP FI modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory requirements and industry standards.
