📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support to clients in Takalar and surrounding areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of clients' systems and networks.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as required.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and maintain clients' systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
