📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics and accommodation management.
• Manage and supervise a team of camp staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure high-quality service standards are met and maintained.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Monitor camp facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the regional manager to ensure all operations align with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in camp management or similar roles in the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and management experience with a team of 10-20 staff.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and accommodation management.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
