📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute high-profile events, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, venue managers, and AV technicians, to ensure smooth event operations.
• Create and distribute event promotions through various channels, including social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate event outcomes into broader brand communication strategies.
• Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events of varying scales.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia an advantage.
