📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support for PCB production and assembly processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the operations team.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and tools, such as automated optical inspection (AOI) systems and robotic assembly equipment, to enhance production capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize production processes and reduce waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with a focus on PCB production and assembly.
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCB design, fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar PCB design tools, as well as production management systems like SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Certifications in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality and process improvement methodologies are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
