📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze inventory data using SAP and Excel to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity from warehouse to distribution.
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory and logistics staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and logistics.
• Report on inventory performance and operational efficiency to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successful inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for business.
