📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive credit investigations to assess the financial health and creditworthiness of borrowers.
• Gather and verify financial information, including bank statements, tax returns, and business records.
• Perform field investigations to collect data and documentation required for credit approvals.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support credit decisions.
• Collaborate with loan officers and credit analysts to ensure accurate and timely credit assessments.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain the integrity of our lending process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, addressing their concerns and guiding them through the credit process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all credit investigations and related communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit investigation, financial analysis, or a related role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, credit scoring models, and risk assessment techniques.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and specialized credit investigation software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present findings to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and industry practices.
